1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the C.A.S.E. application ("Service"), available at axiom.ancelian.com and on the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
C.A.S.E. is a mind mapping and task management application that allows users to create, organize, and visualize ideas. The Service is available as a web application and as a native iOS application.
3. Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Service Access
C.A.S.E. is currently free to use with full access to all features. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future, with advance notice to users. Any future pricing changes will be communicated through the Service and this page.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. User data is stored using Firebase cloud services with encryption in transit.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C.A.S.E. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the application. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
